Hi,

My name is Owen Schmitt. I have been running my photography business, oschmittphoto, since my freshman year of high school.



I began taking pictures as a hobby during the pandemic, and eventually grew my interest through taking photos for our athletics and yearbook throughout my time in high school. I photographed nearly all of our sports and school activities, getting experience in many different aspects of photography. Over that time, I learned lots from my teachers and fellow classmates.

In the summer of 2024, I was hired at a local media production company, Falls Cable Access, where I am a photographer and social media director.

Now in 2026, I have grown my business to offer senior, sports, and event photos. I love capturing quality portraits that show emotion and true detail.

I will be attending the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater in the fall, where I plan to continue pursuing photography through an internship or job in athletics.
